Think before you speak:

T - is it true?

H - is it helpful?

I - is it inspiring?

N - is it necessary?

K - is it kind?

 

Would we still have what to say if we reviewed these questions before we spoke?

 

How about if instead of "inspiring" for the letter "I" we had "informative?"
